Fall Winter Schedule

Les Mills GRIT SERIES

Day Time Type
Monday 5:45 p.m.–6:15 p.m. Plyo/Cardio
Saturday 7:30 a.m.–8:00 a.m. Strength

GRIT Plyo/Cardio classes are included with a VIP Unlimited membership. GRIT Strength is the only GRIT class that requires a $5 charge for VIP members. Non-members only pay $15 a class.
