Friday 9:30 a.m.–10:00 a.m. Plyo/Cardio
Saturday 7:30 a.m.–8:00 a.m. Strength
Sunday 8:00 a.m.–8:30 a.m. Plyo/Cardio

GRIT Plyo/Cardio classes are included with a VIP Unlimited membership. GRIT Strength is the only GRIT class that requires a $5 charge for VIP members. Non-members only pay $15 a class.
