Small group training is an affordable and fun way for you to take advantage of a personal trainer’s expertise at a lower financial investment. Plus you have the competitiveness of a group dynamic to keep you motivated.

Six-Week Session
  • 2 classes per week (45-minute session)
  • Cost $100 (That's about $8 a session)
  • Next session begin the week of November 6th.
  • All sessions will take place at G-Force Fitness on East Paris in Kentwood. 
Pick One Of Four Available Groups: 
  • The Breakfast Club – Tues & Fri at 9:30am 
  • The Lunch Date – Mon & Fri at 11:45am 
  • Happy Hour – Mon & Wed at 5:30pm 
  • The Dinner Date – Tues & Thurs at 6:00pm
Saturday Only Session
  • Six week session – 1 class per week (30-minute session)
  • Time: 7:45 am
  • Cost: $50 
  • Next session begin the week of November 6th.
  • All sessions will take place at G-Force Fitness on East Paris in Kentwood.
